Your week, day by day.
Below is the standard porcelain or zirconia package itinerary. Composite finishes in 2–3 days; we adjust the schedule to your case during the free virtual consult.
-
Day 0 · Arrival
Land in Medellín
Bilingual driver meets you at José María Córdova arrivals with a name sign. Direct transfer to your hotel, 45 minutes through the mountains. Welcome dinner recommendations and concierge intro on WhatsApp.
-
Day 1 · Clinic
Consultation & smile design
Driver to the clinic at 9am. In-clinic consultation, photos, X-rays, intraoral scans, digital smile design preview, shade match. You sign off on the shape and shade before any tooth is touched. Afternoon free, explore El Poblado, hit the gym, work from the hotel.
-
Day 2 · Clinic
Tooth preparation
Minimal tooth reduction (0.3–0.5mm for porcelain, ~0.5mm for zirconia) and final scans. Lab work begins immediately, your veneers are fabricated in our in-house lab while you rest. No temporaries, no shipping delays.
-
Day 3 · Free
Recovery & explore Medellín
Day off while the lab finishes. Concierge can book Comuna 13 graffiti tour, paragliding, a cooking class, or a quiet day at the hotel pool. Most patients combine one outing with a long lunch and an early night.
-
Day 4 · Clinic
Try-in & bonding
Final veneers tried in for shape and shade approval. Bonded with light-cure resin cement only after you sign off. Bite checked and balanced, we fine-tune contact points before you leave.
-
Day 5 · Departure
Bite check, photos & home
Final bite adjustment, polish, photos, aftercare kit, custom night guard if needed. Driver to the airport. Multi-year warranty and WhatsApp follow-up continue from home.
The package vs. piecing it together yourself.
Even adding up retail prices for the hotel, driver, and individual appointments à la carte still costs less than one US porcelain veneer. The package is the cheapest way to do this, and the only one with a multi-year warranty.
Why is DIY more expensive? Per-night hotel rates for international guests in El Poblado are 2–3× our negotiated long-stay package rate, and à la carte appointments (consultation, design, prep, bonding) run separately rather than as a single fee. Package pricing exists because volume gets us better rates than you can book alone.
Where you'll stay. Where you'll treat.
Both in El Poblado, the safest and most international-friendly area of Medellín. Walking distance between the hotel and the clinic, with a driver on call if you'd rather ride.

Package questions, straight answers.
The questions we hear most about the packages, the deposit, and the trip itself.
What is included in the veneers package?
The veneers, all dental appointments, digital smile design, in-clinic consultation, aftercare kit, multi-year warranty, 5–7 nights at a 4-star hotel within walking distance of the clinic, airport pickup and drop-off with a bilingual driver, and 24/7 WhatsApp concierge throughout the trip.
What is not included?
International flights, patients book their own airfare based on departure city and dates. Meals beyond the welcome dinner, optional sightseeing, and personal expenses are also separate. Optional add-ons available at extra cost: teeth whitening, gum contouring, hotel upgrades, and extra hotel nights.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
$500 USD refundable deposit locks in your treatment dates and reserves hotel and concierge services. The deposit is applied to your final balance on Day 1. Cancel more than 14 days before arrival and the deposit is fully refundable. The remaining balance is due at the start of treatment in Medellín.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, cash (USD or COP), and international wire transfers. We do not offer in-house financing or accept CareCredit. Because savings versus US pricing are typically $30,000–$55,000 on a full smile, most patients comfortably cover the trip with the savings on the treatment itself.
Can my partner travel with me?
Yes. Most rooms are double-occupancy and a partner travels at no extra cost, we just need their name for hotel and driver. If you want a separate room or a partner who is also having treatment, we send a customized package quote. Children under 12 stay free in the same room.
How long is the trip?
Composite packages are 2 nights (treatment finishes in two 90-minute sessions across two days). Porcelain and zirconia packages are 5 nights to allow for the lab fabrication and try-in stage. Extra nights can be added as a paid upgrade if you'd like to combine the trip with sightseeing.
What if I need fewer than 20 teeth?
Most patients only need 8–10 veneers (the visible upper arch). The headline package prices above are for a full set of 20; partial sets are quoted via WhatsApp based on tooth count and material. The trip costs (hotel, driver, concierge) stay the same, only the per-tooth treatment cost scales down.
What does the multi-year warranty cover?
Material defects and bonding failures. If a veneer chips, debonds, or develops a margin issue under normal use, we re-make and re-bond it at no charge, including a return flight to Medellín if needed. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents (sports impact, falls), or wear caused by skipping the night guard if one was prescribed.
