If you become a patient, we collect standard dental clinical information: medical history, photographs, X-rays, CBCT scans, treatment notes, and consent forms. This information is held in our patient records under Colombian healthcare regulation (Ley 1581 de 2012 and INVIMA standards).

Limited third parties that help us operate, all bound by their own privacy commitments:
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions
- Google (Analytics + Tag Manager) processes anonymized website usage data
- Cloudinary serves images on the website
- WhatsApp / Meta if you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta under their privacy policy
- Your local dentist or specialist if you authorize us to share treatment records for follow-up care
We may also disclose information when required by Colombian law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information:

7. Cookies
This website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager). These cookies are set when you visit any page. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral targeting.

8. How long we keep information
- Inquiry information (form submissions, WhatsApp messages from non-patients) is kept for 2 years after last contact, then deleted
- Patient clinical records are kept for 20 years per Colombian healthcare regulation
- Marketing email lists are kept until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (14 months for user-level data)
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information: HTTPS on all pages, encrypted storage of clinical records, role-based access control on patient files, and regular staff training on data protection. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take it seriously.
10. Children
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child without consent, contact us immediately.
11. Changes to this policy
