    Lock in dates

    A $500 USD refundable deposit reserves your treatment dates and books the hotel and concierge. Cancel more than 14 days before arrival and the deposit is fully refundable.

  4. Trip day · You

    Arrive in Medellín

    Bilingual driver meets you at the airport, takes you to the hotel. Treatment starts the next morning. Concierge is on WhatsApp 24/7 throughout your stay.

How fast do you reply?

WhatsApp messages get a reply within an hour during clinic hours, and within 24 hours overnight. Email responses are typically same-business-day. If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, our reply may have been filtered.

What time zone are you in?

Medellín is on Colombia Standard Time (GMT-5), the same as US Eastern Standard Time outside daylight savings. So our 8 AM is your 8 AM if you're on the East Coast (or 7 AM in summer), 5 AM Pacific, and 1 PM in London.

Can we do a video call instead of WhatsApp?

Yes. After we send the initial treatment plan, we offer a 20-minute video consult to discuss the case. Free for serious patients planning a trip. Use the contact form to request one.

What languages do you speak?

Every member of our team speaks fluent English. Our admin staff also speak Spanish (native) and one of our dentists also speaks French. Treatment plans are written in English unless you specifically request another language.

Do you have weekend or evening hours?

Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM is open for treatment by appointment. Sunday is closed. Evening hours past 6 PM Monday to Friday can be arranged for international patients with limited travel windows, message us with your dates and we work it out.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know. If you have a $500 deposit on file, cancellation more than 14 days before arrival is fully refundable; closer to the date we apply it as credit toward a future trip. Rescheduling is free at any point.
